When to Pot: Once the plantlets have successfully hardened off (usually after the 2-week transition) and show visible strength, they are ready for "real" soil. The "Chunky" Requirement: Epiphyllums are epiphytes. Use a high-drainage mix: 40% Orchid Bark, 30% Perlite, and 30% Quality Potting Soil. Avoid heavy, "muddy" garden soils.
Potting Up: Start in a small 2–3 inch container. Excess soil holds too much water, which leads to root rot.Light & Feed: Provide bright, indirect light. Once established in soil, begin a diluted, balanced fertilizer regimen to support growth.
